I wouldn't say it runs smaller, I have the same jacket but with the white contrast and XS is perfect for me, same size I wear in nearly everything else from Ann.

Compared to at least one of the other ss jackets of the same size (M), this jacket was definitely on the smaller side. (half size maybe?)
