I think his is pending now but his were an 8 and a little big for me. I found a size 6 but they seem a little small for me from the approx measurements i recieved.

i wear 43/US10 in footwears, and 7 fits comfortably and just perfect.

mine is cowhide leather. however i like reverse cowhide more.

Just an extra info, Altieri actually hand made all the needles on the boots by himself, since he could not find the desired needles for the boots anywhere else.

They are cowhide medium, not tall however.
