Before I order this from japan...

Has anyone seen this current season Julius moto in Europe in sz 1, black?

You know your size, order from Japan. The shops in Germany I know (and the shops in other european countries probably aren't different) will be more expensive because of custom duties, which can be avoided if you use Hide as a proxy.
