I have been looking for a knitted waistcoat since last summer when I passed on a Yohji Yamamoto one that was double breasted. As soon as I was home I knew I should of got it but didnt. I haven't seen any this summer can anyone give any suggestions?

i use to have trainers in 40,though its fine on the toe box, my toes still tend to jab at the front when i walk.maybe because the design is not really firm and snug in the toe area like a classic shoe contruction..rick trainers have a generous toe room. now i went 1 size up to 41 and it's perfect.i suggest just going 1/2 to 1 size up. you'll still be fine.
