I went up 1 full size. I'm a us 8/41 (pretty wide forefoot) on the Brannock device and went with a 42.

I usually shop pretty much at the same stores over and over myself, as I've had immaculate customer service with a few stores over and over.

It saddens me that some stores carrying the designers we love have such poor customer service, and that some others don't even give you what you paid for, or refund you the money ( have been two stores discussed here, people probably know who they are by now). I was just curious if this was just along the same path as some other stores, saying they were only trying to capitalize on this niche, and not carrying the brands out of passion. Guess this is bound to happen, and if they make something I want more available I think it's a great thing, but it seems to be other issues here as well.
