Barney's has a 42; this boots runs big. I had the 40, and it fit a US8.5-9.

they have been having problems with the website, so it is not up to date....call them and they will email you some pics - but i definitely know they have at least 2 new styles just in - alternatively ask the to update their SZ thread with some photos. Good luck
