Not sure if this is the right thread for this, but here goes.

I'm looking for the perfect hoodie, the ultimate automatic go-to hoodie that will go with everything - layered under a leather in winter, on it's own in spring and summer evenings, dragged through festivals, worn down to the corner shop to get a pint of milk, lived in day to day, but yet SPECIAL.

It needs to be zip-up and have pockets, and a normal sized hood. Probably black, but maybe brown, dark green etc. - something deep and earthy.

I've looked at the Silent by Damir Doma ones but I don't like the oversized cut - I'm a 46 and I want a fairly fitted silhouette.

I've seen Viridi Anne ones I liked a lot but I can't find any for sale now. Kavaj had one but I wasn't quick enough - here's a pic (I hope you don't mind Kavaj, if you're reading):





Who else makes the elusive PERFECT hoodie? Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

Thanks Kunk! Unfortunately I haven't had any luck finding a decent drkshdw hoodie that doesn't have some irritating tassle or buckle, or have the hood sprouting from a strange place...

I really like the Diet Butcher Slim Skin ones, but I haven't had any luck finding one and they are so expensive...

Does anyone else do a great zip-up hoodie?

I haven't looked at Rick / drkshdw hoodies recently, but at least the one I got a few years back didn't feel very substantial. the material feels somehow cheap, and I found that it required frequent washing as the ribbed hem kept stretching out quickly. but I don't know if the materials are still the same.

i dunno, have a current season and it's very well made for what it is IMO. warm, durable, etc.

^ perfect hoody...I feel that the drkshdw hoodies from a couple of seasons ago were nicer than the one released this fall due to the fabric used. Another suggestion but more difficult to find is the Individual Sentiments hoody seen here or here. Really nice fabrics used and slim fitting.

I've ruled out the Silent ones as I don't want it to be oversized. I'll keep an eye out for Drkshdw. I didn't think of Julius - I'll have a good look, thanks for that lowrey. I love the Individual Sentiments one, but the price! Thanks sshum88.
