i think not.. those rack they use doesnt seems to have tightening screws on the angle. been searching here but no luck.. looking for that type of angle pipe

that jacket is very close to the "thieves" fencing but denim, weird how Julius constantly recycles. I wish they would just do a new "thieves" fencing completely....
