48 will fit for sure if you are a 46, it runs at a least a size small.
I am a true 46 in all CCP and this particular one in 48 was tight on me (but not too tight)!

Thanks man, 48 too big for me. Normally I have a size 44 CCP shirts. They fit my shape. I might have to wear 46, But it is a little loose.
