You can find it in Julius or Rick Owens. They release that kind of draping t-shirt every season. Those models embrace a single common mindset in their outfits, wearing black hats, black pea coats, black t-shirts, black skinny pants, and black shoes with black bags... Random wannabe bullshits are on a public catwalk in Paris.

hey guys,
i've been looking for a while for COMFORTABLE shirts.
something very classic but not too smart, with discret details such as hidden placket. something lightweight, stretchy material.. well, something i can wear like a basic.
as never find the one right now, i'm thinking too go to more "regular" designers then, but i'm a bit lost as i ain't had many tailored experiences..
any brands / shops will be appreciated at this point.
thanks

It is better to order a made-to-measure shirt when you have such a clear concrete design in mind and want a regular shirt that fits with comfort.
If you want to play more with details, you may ask a tailor to have vertical darts and a fake box pleat (The pleat is sewn at the top and the bottom so that it is kept folded and actually never opens.) on the back of a shirt, both of which are the details used in Dolce and Gabbana shirts.
Find a tailor which seems to use modern patterns in their work by checking the display window as you probably don't want a shirt with a out-of-date fit.
It is pretty difficult to find a ready-to-wear shirt that fills all of your request. Those models embrace a single common mindset in their outfits, wearing black hats, black pea coats, black t-shirts, black skinny pants, and black shoes with black bags... the underneath drapey shirt is made by a ton of designers these days. "sz designers" do it best of course. you would be safe with rick, lost n found, bbs. all of the julius tanks/shirts i have arent really of the gauzey persuasion although they do have a good looking linen silk blend that they come out with at summer time but it's again of a more substantial quality.
if price is an issue then silent make a good tank that is pretty drapey but you can't go wrong with the fine rib rick tanks, i prefer the unstable cotton version for the tank because it tears apart at the bottom and adds an agressive point of interest. the length that shirt is though looks like it was either cut after retail or it's venturing into more LuC/ma+ territory.

Sept,
This thread may help some. I was looking for something similar and asked for suggestions.
edit: I just realized that this was the thread where I admitted that I'm shaped a little bit like E.T.Originally posted by mizzarSorry for being kind of a dick to you.

They kind of come and go to be honest. But these are the obvious ones, especially if you're in the US:
yoox.com
thecorner.com
ssense.com
blackbirdballard.com
forwardforward.com
mrporter.com
farfetch.com
I'm sure there are plenty more. And some of these shops are between seasons, some are just getting the new stuff.Originally posted by mizzarSorry for being kind of a dick to you.
