I'm a 46 and the 48 was too small for me. The shearling may differ from the calf though.

Tag looks like that of the women's line.

There were several iterations of this jacket (in leather)..some in collaboration with Lewis Leathers, but they often have an ugly patch on the outside. The one you have pictured looks similar to the Vanson collaboration, under the Eye label.

Anyway, details aside, Yahoo Japan is always your best bet, after which I would look here, and check back now and then (or subscribe or whatever) because they get older pieces on occasion:

If you're not fussy on the exact Junya label, Comme des Garcons Homme (not Homme Plus) often has a similar model in various textiles, which I believe are still designed by Watanabe.

That is a women's jacket...not that it matters, same design is done for both lines, but good to know when looking for a particular size (in this case, a women's medium = men's xs/s) and good to look in both men's & women's sections of yahoo.

...might also be annoying for some of us to have the zipper on the other side.
