really? i dun know, mike bought asmall.. and he wears the same size jeans as i do.. but i do think i have a bigger butt.. so i guess i might be a medium..
Rick is definitely not know for his tailored pieces and I agree with Joey that is blazers just look straight up awkward.
usuck- Why don't you go with something like Jil or Margiela or even Thom? Or does it have to be from Atelier?
I wanted something "less tailored" than Jil or Thom (plus I have enough from each); but, this is true that Margiela may be a good thing to look at. My bf now works at the Christian Louboutin store a block away so I'll stop by this weekend.

So as an SZer we now can get Louboutins for our wifes/gfs for a good price? :))

Why would anyone want them (unless you work for Vogue or want to look like Sarah-Jessica Horse)? Although I love those red soles - reminds me of better porn...

man, potential signatures are just rolling in this morning.[Y]

I definitely think one of the problems with Raf's fabrics and application is that they can either be really nice and modern or feel cheap and crappy. I probably would never pay retail for those though, especially knowing they have that problem. Mine from F/W were maybe 70% off or more....
this is a good point....and in recent seasons it seems Raf's fabrics and application have been more the latter. Those sneakers may look kinda good beat up, but for 5 months of wear they are SHOT. The converse all stars I wear are at 3+ years and seem to be in better condition than that, and they probably have been through some pretty rough times too.
isuck: for unstructured blazers Margiela may be a good option but I don't recall seeing him do any this season...maybe try Y's/yohji like someone else mentioned but maybe that's not the look you are trying to achieve. Rick's blazers aren't that exciting.
the thing about this piece is that it's SUPER easy to tailor it down to the size you need. No complex construction, simple fabric and a pretty flexible cut make it easy to work with.

Atelier is carrying this one. Try looking through their Ann D. pictures for S/S.

this one is dope. dont see it pictured though howd u manage to snag this one??? wonder what size is pictured here i wouldnt want it fitting any smaller than that...
seeing these pieces, it seems Ann D and Yohji share a lot of common vocabulary when it comes to menswear design...iSuck, an Ann D blazer might also be worth considering.
