Hi, I was wondering if anyone could provide some suggestions for a summer raincoat. My only requirements are that it keeps me dry, has a hood, andisn't heavy. Needless to say, it should look good and be versatile (and yet I said it...hehe). Thanks, please do let me know =)

Re: Summer Raincoat Recommendation
That's a tough one, unmetro - when thinking of cutting edge, raincoats don't exactly come to min... although maybe they should!
Margiela definitely does raincoats now and then - maybe a nice trench from him would do the trick?Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months - Oscar Wilde

Re: Summer Raincoat Recommendation
Uniqlo and Alexander Plokhov came to my rescue, one piecefrom the collection was a (REALLY) thin polyester hooded zip-up jacket...pretty swank in blackand only $50...so I bought two...hehe....not exactly waterproof, but should keep me dry long enough to find cover(or at least a 3$ umbrella off the street).
I'll try to post pics later...I also boughtthevestwhich is classic cloak....
Wish I knew about the Barney's sale that day tho...hehe
