After finding and buying a white pair of geobaskets, I felt sad. Sad that I feel so satisfied and that it is so shallow. Sad that my satisfaction costs so much, and that nothing else gives me this feeling anymore, that this is the only thing that gives me comfort.

do something nice for another person instead of focusing on your own needs. it's usually a pretty good reality-check. sounds like u need one.
i am working nyfw for the first time and dont want to encounter any bloggers, are there any secret tips or tricks to completely avoid these weirdos? i can barely walk the dog in brooklyn someone coming up to me during the summer
Any info on why? Or because of the above mentioned shallow feelings? Link?
Eric Wilson left for InStyle (I know, how tragic ), and Cathy Horyn cited personal reasons. Wilson I don't care for, but Horyn, despite her irritating Raf-can-do-no-wrong attitude, was a very good critic. They replaced Wilson with a sports writer (WTF?) and Horyn with Matthew Schneier, who was Tim Blanks's wingman at style.com.
