Am I the only one who likes MMM then and now? There's so much hate in the MMM thread.

I wear a lot of MMM but then the only "main" SZ brands I do wear are Ann and Rick. It sorta sucks now but there are still some classic pieces being re-released.

Not at all true. They are the very same people who pay attention to how others look, put meticulous descriptions of clothing in their writing and pass judgement. So, clothing is definitely in their consciousness.

1) They're subconsciously adopting the dress code of their field
2) Many of them wear whatever the fuck is comfortable cause they're home.
3) Liking clothes is not ok if you're a certain type of intellectual. Well dandy writers are quite common too.

so it'd probably be surprising to some that there are so many on a fashion forum. but then again narcissism and neuroticism are rarely exclusive in terms of intelligence, so maybe not ahahaaha (7)

I think it actually comes from the Zadig & Voltaire tunisian tshirt. it should have buttonholes but due to a malfunction their first batch didn't have any. they decided to still sell them and make it a signature.

although I have checked their website and it seems buttonholes are back in.

Z&V became rediculously popular some years ago, maybe this specific look just catched on.
