Well I think that depends what kind of look youre going for. It looks well-matched here because the pants and the shirts are oversized. I think you can also go for the skinny pants matched for example with a long coat and you will get a good combination just stressing the whole look of the shoes a lot more. Here the extremely loud character of the shoes as a signature piece is more hidden. Personally I think it looks better like this too..
