I had forgotten about this place until the recent kunk dram spilled over into styleforum. I spent the better part of two hours looking through this thread yesterday and thought I'd try a "stylezeitgeist approved" fit. Haha.

No you dont look stiff, actually you have a great frame and i can envision you carrying clothes really well, the point is that i can envision a photographer saying in the background "more attitude" less smile" great! great!, the photos jyust dont look natural, so I get the feeling of something fixed other same seeing "you" in the images.........

i see your point, and i agree. pictures of me doesnt feel like me. guess im kind of uncomfortable in front of the camera.

I think it's definitely a well put together outfit. I think it looks natural and pretty effortless and that's what I like seeing in these shots.

I'm not against those sandals but their subtlety almost seems to make the outfit top heavy. Maybe it's the juxtaposition of summer (down below) and fall or winter (up top).
Then again, I may just be used to seeing boots paired with most outfits.

re: gabriel. the only thing i can say is that despite cries of 'no personality' & 'the tired dick-flap look', the person looks most natural in what they're wearing. can't deny you look great or speak of clothes outside of the context given by their wearer.

same outfit attempted by any number of people here could just as easily look full of ridiculous fail.

completely agree. although I've seen similar looks attempted countless times, (very) rarely has it looked this good.
