The day I was dressed like in this picture I was at a party ; a girl in her early twenties and who didn't know me called me sir. And obviously she meant it in a respectful way, she was not mocking me. That made me burst out laughing at the moment (which definitely frightened her), but now I think of it, I'm tempted to dress in total cheap monday next time I go out.

As for the shirts, now I only tuck the formal ones ; the Ann D ones look far better partly untucked. I understand your point, Galia, but I assume a little hint of laziness won't harm in my case.
And to be frank, tucking in unformal shirts looks inopportunely sharp most of the time, for what I can see. The well groomed/alpha male thing. Slim shirt, slim raw denim and the rest.

I had a feeling you were wearing Ann and was going to say this very thing. Most formal situations would require a more formal shirt, and would most likely be tucked in. But an Ann get-up usually requires a more disheveled look. I usually wear my Ann button ups untucked unless I'm wearing it with a waistcoat and jacket.

I just recieved my new pair of RO medges. The quality issue seems to have been taken care of. This pair has a much cleaner finish and the sides have been sewed this time.
