i really like the way your pant legs gather and meet your shoes.
there are so many examples of the twisting/gathering effect with shoes that just don't quite work - but this is perfect. what pants are these?
Heirloom has the distinct honor of being the only person I can imagine whose 'toned down ... shoes' are rick medges. I liked the last fit under the freeway with the margiela boots more but this is very good.
I didn't notice they were medges as it is hard to see from the angle, I thought they were regular zip boots.
I have a lot of trouble with the bottom half, it just doesn't work but I can't quite say why yet.
For me it doesn't work because of the pooling of the pants at the top of the shoe. I think for the loose pants the sneakers need to be laced looser or the pants not tucked into the shoes.

1) The pants fabric is too light and doesn't gel with outerwear and beanies
2) Proportions used in the outfit + beanie make him look like his feet are twice the size of his head.
3) I don't like gym wear, especially designer gym wear (personal quirk).
I actually disliked all three fits on this page, dunno why as they're from good contributors. Raddy looks like he's about to do pilates and Mona is generic, which is quite rare from what I've seen of her other pictures.
very nice heirloom.. when i saw that picture i though "that leather is fucking perfect". and now i saw it was the obscur one.. have to grab the next that shows up in the classifieds..
Who? and Fuuma, I agree about the pants/sneakers part. I usually wear the sneakers loose and not laced around the sneakers when I go for the baggy pants. And I think it´s not the proportions Fuuma, it´s more the camera angle. As for the comments on beanie and scarf, what can I say? It´s cold, and I prefer to stay warm. And for what it´s worth, I like both. What puts some people of might be the fitted top, and the baggy bottoms, but I enjoy it from time to time. Tight-tight and baggy baggy is just too easy to stick to.
Jumpoff: You bet! haha
I don't have a problem with the beanie per se, but in this outfit it flattens your hair and underlines your head, making it look smaller which would be ok if it weren't for the sneakers. I like fitted/baggy but I don't like every fitted-baggy fit.

I'm so with you there (although I know AKA will kill me).
