In Germany some people wear pants this tight as well. Me included. The times when they were mistaken for leggins is over though.
Compared to a few years ago I feel like wearing sweatpants now.

you are on the right track, except that the jacket sleeves and body seems a bit short and the pants could be a bit looser.

I'll tell you all right now that I always wear tight pants except for maybe when I'm wearing drop crotch ones

Oblivion the second outfit is infinitely better than the first. Although I do think the pants are too tight in both pictures, they work in the second photo.
