I fought it, but I guess I have to join the Interest fan club. Lovely fit, that Junya is beautiful and worn beautifully.

Monom, I love the DD hoodie but think it could be styled better. This may sound weird, but i feel like it would look better with either tighter pants or fuller pants. Tighter pants would exaggerate the oversized proportion of the top (making it more dress like) or fuller pants would create a longer flowing line. To me these medium straight leg pants don't work as well, I also think shoes that don't stand out as much would be better since there is so much interest with the top.

I may be throwing stones in a glass house a bit here, I'm only being so critical because I really wanted that hoodie myself but realized it probably wouldn't fit into my wardrobe. Overall it doesn't look bad, but just some ideas on how to wear it since I have put some thought into it

EDIT: Y'all must be using a heavy dose of imagination on wire's outfit. All I see is black with an un-tucked white shirt sticking out. I guess Yohji aficionados can imagine the amazing details/fabric that can't be seen from the pic...

its not even so much bout textures with his fit its the whole look , the way the trousers fit , the suspenders, very clean color palette with good subtle detailin like on the sweater but not 2 much shit goin on. i like outfits that stand out despite lack of excess detailin shit like danglin chains and drapey drapes. the suspenders hangin in the back give it just enough flair w/out bein 2 much . thats y i love jil sander ( or used to raf is kinda dead to me now lulz), shit stands out when u wear it becos of the fits and textiles

killer fit nod, i really like how you layered the look, rough drkshdw heavy weight worn cotton and zippers at the core, delicately wrapped in a wool sweater and hat, and the cherry on bottom..the ace in the hole..bravo.. certainly HOF for the eames alone... i guess that means i need to come back strong after that..

the Nod look is one of my favorites in recent memory on here...what i like most about it aside from the aplomb is how he put the pieces together in his personal way. my favorite outfits are the ones where the first glance hits with the whole rather than recognizing an individual item first, though it's good to see someone wear those shoes.
