Really? Made to measure is never cheap. Generic slacks in poor material from the cheapest hong kong tailors cost > $200. From a worthwhile maker, you pay significantly more than 300 euro for just generic MTM slacks. For something interesting like this, it really seems very reasonable.

!? I don't know which world these so-called 'cheapest HK tailors' come from, but I must disagree - you can have 'generic slacks in poor material' made to measure for far less than $200. Try tailors outside of the five-star hotels.

as an aside from the general thread in response to etruscan - agree about Hong Kong tailors being crapola...unless you know your shit down to a tee, stay away like the plague. Most overrated 'bargain bespoke' city ever.
