A "chemise" for women is a "chemisier" (also note that it's "UNE chemise", but "UN chemisier", to add more fun)

What Miloo is wearing is a "tee shirt", you can precise "tee shirt à manches courtes" for short sleeves ou "tee shirt à manches longues" for long sleeves, but it's not necessary.
