    Alexa,
i think there is a policy against reposting the same pic on the page......

Suzie, i like it, the orange is a little bold, but since its the only non black/ grey in the outfit, it works..................

I'll give you a bit more than a one-liner. With those pants I think the shirt is a bit off. With the crotch that low and the pants so loose, at least to the crotch, I'd like to see either a more fitted shirt or a looser one. The one you're wearing just falls in between and I'm not sure it works all that well.

I think the shirt works perfectly there, both colour and fit wise

I'll post a better pic of the trousers some day, the texture is really neat, black with a barely noticeable overdyed dark brown effect.

agree with you Eternal on the laziness of most comments here
this cdiem shirt is absolute dope
what's the exact color? dirty cream? if yes, you'd better pair it with other colors than black (an autumnal palette will certainly work) me think

while i partly agree with the condemnation of lazy, derisive posts - i think there's something inherently wrong with ardent/overcalculated posts on something as simple as an outfit; yes, simple - they're just clothes, and the impression they make manifests itself instantaneously, so the fact that people have quick and simple responses to such outfits is blatantly logical.

however, i'm not trying to take a side on the issue, if anything it would be nice for people to offer some insight into the reason behind their reaction after they've shared it.

I think regardless of style of commentary is used, it should at least be intelligible and warranted. If you don't like something, at least be specific as to why you feel it doesn't work.
If you do, add it in as well there.

Jesus Christ, haven't you people been to art school before?

Seriously, though. The caliber of discussion should be a bit higher in my opinion than it's been recently. I don't make too many comments in here because I feel like if I'm not going to actively post what I'm wearing, I'm sure not going to knock others' posts.

But to be frank, I don't care whether or not you like an outfit. I want to know why you like it or dislike it. And if you can't squeeze that out, probably best to keep your opinions to yourself.
I think it's fair to be critical so long as you can justify your position.

Anything less than that is falling well short of mediocrity. And if mediocrity is what you want, there is an entire internet out there full of it for the asking.
                  Go find it.

Sorry, I get the intention but the result is a little bit hard for me.
C'est pas jaune, c'est orange :P But I understand, it took me a while before feeling comfortable wearing any "color" at all. It's not an intention, just feeling like having a little "boost" in a sunny day!

I understand Suzie, I just always had a problem with orange (and yellow ;) ), but I like your boots.

BSR sorta beat me to it, but I have to say:
Clever combination of the rubberband bracelet/dipped CCP trainers!

You wear them (the trainers) well. I always wondered how someone could tame their 'Frankenstein' quality.
Pairing them with a loose, tapered, matched grey pant works well. The irregular folds keep them casual (as they are trainers) as well as compliment the irregular edges/details of the shoes.. Thoughtful and effortless are always good qualities together. Nicely done!

Sistersuzie - love the bold solid colour, it nicely balances the blacks/greys which otherwise might result in too heavy a look. The boots are perfect, gives the whole fit an edge.

Lowrey- A, that Julius moto is made for you, whether you can comfortably zip up or not
Not sure how else I can expound on your consistently great fits.

Eternal - P, I like your fit. I do think a tad smaller shirt will make for a more interesting silhouette, but you do look comfortable in your current one, and the overall colour scheme/match is great Btw, and don't take this personally, I feel you're coming across too defensive, not a nice colour on you, or on anyone for that matter.
