I think the broad shoulders of the jacket make it look stiff, or tense.

endorphinz,
i like this one a lot better than the last one,
except the Blazer seems like its made from a linen/ linen blend fabric, and as such is a bit too Crisp for my liking, maybe wringing it around a bit to add some wrinkles would make it nicer, everything else seems nice...........“You know,” he says, with a resilient smile, “it is a hard world for poets.”

endorphinz, while there are several things I can point out about the fit of the jacket, there is one thing that really needs to be addressed and I ask that you please take this critique as nothing but constructive. The sleeves are way too short for the voluminous fit through the shoulders and body (at least when worn open). Extending the sleeve length a smidge would do a lot for the jacket. Especially when worn with that shirt, which sits nicely at the web of your index and thumb (I like extended sleeves). I won't ramble on about other points.Last edited by DHC; 08-16-2010, 01:35 PM.Originally posted by Faustfuck you, i don't have an attitude problem.

thanks for the comments.....all taken as constructive. jacket is a little big. i've lost about 12 lbs of muscle in the last year and everything i own really doesn't fit the way it did/should.
i have chronic shoulder problems and haven't really worked out in about a year. i'm not ready to pack it in and am still hopeful that i'll be able to get back into the gym and therefore avoid alterations/and or a new wardrobe. :)
the jacket is 100% linen and the 'voluminous" fit of this specific jacket really doesn't bother me although i agree with zamb that some wrinkles would help the look.
and, the sleeves DO look short in that pic. i gotta put it on again and check that out.
DHC, i've spent years in the men's tailored clothing bus and i see what you see...again cuz it's linen and worn casually, i can live with the imperfections....however the sleeve thing does have me bothered...and i appreciate your comments
thanks everyone for the critiques
but, ya gotta love the view
