chameleon - that dark khaki/black combo bothers me. they aren't different enough to create a good contrast (especially since the white shirt and sneakers kind of also dominate contrast-wise) but at the same time the khaki and black are too different to mesh (the khaki is too saturated with yellow/green color compared to the non-color of the black and not dark enough to be a 'black'). it looks disharmonious and unrestful for the eye - kind of like that old 'navy/black no-no'...
i'd go with either a lighter shade for the jacket, or something of a different hue, or obviously a black one. OR a pair of either mid-grey or tan colored pants, assuming an sz:er would be willing to abandon black completely.. . or maybe there's something that could be done with a belt?
but possibly this is all also partly because of the murky lighting in the photo...
also, are those cargo pants? never did like that, yohji (?) or not. nice cut on the jacket though, but i wouldn't wear sneakers with it, it's too formal/equestrian in the cut.
