Originally posted by Mail-Moth, MDB, very nice ! I actually prefer the firts outfit with the cream pants. Far moe interesting than a white/black silhouette IMO.

Thanks! The black "pants" in the second photo are actually the leggings worn underneath the beige pants in the first. Maybe if my ears were even more pointy than they already are I could get away with wearing leggings without pants/skirt more but remembering the cloven footwear I wore that day, I suppose I was more Pan than Peter Peter Pan anyhow.
Klue (and many others)...I think this is an exemplary interpretation of the softer silhouette the hive brain - or at least a large cortex - has been moving to. As much as I like the Japanese-style toe box of the clogs, I'm hesitant to try that particular shape myself. A question for the ladies: women, is there one amongst us who has embraced the upwards-pointing toe-box a la CDG (pointy toe) or Swedish brands (for round toe)? Any particular designer who works especially for you in this shape?

jogu and ftb thx. and yah, good point - will either go all black everything else when wearing those aircuts, or all black everything (no aircuts) when wearing white t's... i like keeping it simple. sorry ftb - have been tucking pants into combats since 91 and will probably keep doing it. i aint trying to look like jason voorhees..

alright you been doing it since 91 then you have my respect for sticking to your guns. don't mean that you were simply doing it because it was 'cool,' but rather i am generally not a fan of this sartorial preference in most cases with very few exceptions. Then again just projecting my own tastes, do your thing.
