LOL! The strap is dangling but it must've got caught up in the jacket somewhere..heheh. I was actually kind of surprised I could get the jacket on over the hoodie, but it worked. Luckily RO's sleeves are slim on everything. </p>

It really is. I think your the perfect height for it. It goes well passed the knees on my shorter frame. I actually like it better without the strap in that pairing.

Eh, I never really left. But definitely this suits me a lot better.
