That's sorta my dilemma too. I feel like hemming a pair of jeans that short would look rather awkward and Thom Browne-ish, but at the same time, I wanna show off the boots a little more. I've also got a pair of jeans with a smaller hem (7.8"), but it still covers a good amount of the boot.</p>

No time to be worrying about hems and boots! I should really stop procrastinating and get back to prepping for consulting interviews!</p>

Mike Lowrey? I've never been a fan of designer casual shirts, thermals, etc. Dress shirts, sweaters, etc are a different story, but as far as casual tops go, I don't think I've ever paid more than $80 for one. But you make them look so elegant that I'm tempted to try them out.</p>

well I wear knits and sweaters 4 days out of 5, so thats pretty much the main focus of my wardrobe.I dont think I'd buy something like a plain l/s t-shirt unless it had something interesting about it. I like to look into details, material, construction etc whichpretty much applies to any garments.for examplethis Yohji knit, the construction is pretty cool with a strip of the sleeve part running into the collar, the knit is continuous all over so theres not a singlenormal seam on the whole garment, instead the parts are knit together so the seams look like the upside on both sides.I love the texture it has, its dark but has lighter bits in it making it look kind of like sand. thats just a random example since I'm wearing it at the moment.</P>
