i mean that i think JD looks very masculine and if i where in his body, i would use that more. (not saying he is currently dressing feminine)
sorry for my broken english
jd - moth is saying that if a plain tee does the job better, then the asymmetric tee looks unnecessary and overdone. in addition i would offer up that it looks fashion-y. there doesn't necessarily need to be asymmetry elsewhere in the outfit, but at the very least some variation in silhouette, or some drama, or just something. your pants are plain skinny black jeans. paired with white shoes is possibly ok but tight black jeans + white shoes + tight unnecessary asymmetric tee = try hard
edit - sorry if that was harsh. just sayin. its not that bad. its just not great. offering constructive criticism thats all.
Exactly. The asymmetrical tee is hard to pull off. Change it to a plain tee, throw on a blazer or something and you've got a nice, clean, classic sort of look.
Very rare to see blue jeans here. I'm much more of a fan of indigo denim than most people here. That said, I'm not sure about the wash of these jeans in this outfit. Something either less faded or higher contrast might look better. Definitely something less faded would work, not sure about higher contrast.
Where is faust? "no copying of pictures on the same page"
I don't usually wear blue jeans but I prefer trousers. I think these look fine - hard to tell from the picture. If they have crazy pocket stitch/pocket flaps on the back I no like
jd may, you look like you ran out of a burning house wearing whatever you had on and the closest pair of shoes were white..
i think the asymmetry problem is a small detail. what's missing here is the lack of contrast, texture, color, and volume...
you are clothed, but you look naked..
isn't that the best look of all.........
“You know,” he says, with a resilient smile, “it is a hard world for poets.”

"He described this initial impetus as like discovering that they both were looking at the same intriguing specific tropical fish, with attempts to understand it leading to a huge ferocious formalism he characterizes as a shark that leapt out of the tank."
Sorry but overall look a bit soft and shiny. BBS should look tougher and rougher. Consider swapping tights and dancing shoes for tight jeans and anchor with boots?

Err no...have a look at how the Boris model is styled
^True. And I doubt he walked the show with runny stockings.. Check the toes..
Anyway: I would also lean toward boots personally, just to balance the busy-ness up-top. But I don't mind the 'clean' look of the repetto-style shoes..
Also: It looks much better in the color photo I think. In the b/w photo the shoes appear too light grey, making the look too soft and dainty. But in the color photo it's apparent that the shoes are a solid black with a nice bit of texture to keep it interesting.
