^ Something seems wrong with the pants here : raw hems and faded black cotton don't go well with the clean aspect of the blazer. You may go for something more elaborate below the waist.
Edit : okay, maybe I shouldn't say that, and believe me I don't feel comfortable writing it, but Raw, the main problem with all your outfits is that you look vaguely knock-kneed, wilh big calves and even bigger thighs. I don't know if it's just the pic or if your legs are really like this, but in the second case, no narrow pants - even reasonably, as here - will ever do the job : it will always look ankward and kill the whole outfit. So you should definitely go for wider cuts.
If not, please forget what I just said.Last edited by Mail-Moth; 06-04-2011, 01:10 PM.I can see a hat, I can see a cat,

Raw, have you ever tried drop-crotch pants (with a moderate drop, not too low waist in order to lengthen your lower torso, and not too tight from the calves) or something similar? I think they would suit your body type better. You tend to always look so stiff in your pictures and almost like as if your seams were about to burst, so something more relaxed with room to move would make the outfits less awkward.Last edited by Guest; 06-05-2011, 02:04 AM.

flux: I havn't tried drop crotch pants before, although these j-pants have a very slight drop crotch since they are high waist pants. I've always feared drop crotch pants would make my legs look even shorter.
MM: I think it's because I have big calves and thighs and I'm also standing with my left leg slightly in front and out so it gives off the impression that looks a little knock kneed. I would like to try some more relaxed pants but havn't really found a pair I've liked, seems like the pants that capture my attention always end up being slimmer cuts.
Does this pic look less awkward?
