this jacket gets a lot of use and i agree it works best when styled with sharper trousers and a more refined top but imo the rough earthiness of the fabric, the raw edges, and the color allow it to be dressed down with something like what i've got going here.

It's a bit hard to make out, but I think that works well. However, I prefer your elfin shoes to the Guidis in this outfit - it's not to say the Guidis look bad, but maybe just a little heavy under the more delicate (LUC?) trousers. Anyway, nice fits recently

Nice Macro, I like the big front pockets without flaps on the blazer, I just don't like pocket flaps.
