Seenmy - refreshing. I like the lack of dogma in your pics - they convey that you very much have your own point of view. Further, it's particularly nice to see, too, someone dress with a clear sense that you've not got something to prove...
Now, a post-Paris, pre-prandial pic with some characters:
VdN and Nouveau sporting the biggest smile ever spotted on 'em; V in the most weather appropriate and easy wearing of Harnden spotted anywhere in quite a while...
I posted a few other Paris pics in the Paris Fashion Week thread.

seenmy like the change of concept there, like what MDB said, very refreshing. I feel that you could probably do better with the shoes, probably slip ons for another kind, as they do seem a little dull for me. But overall very nice and very jap. I like the fit
I believe docus has picked up a pair recently and was pretty ecstatic about those..I'd love to see more photos also..
Apologies if this isn't the right thread for it, but here are a couple of quick snaps I took of the Marvielab shoes - I'll do a WAYWT with them soon. They're great shoes - cotton uppers, linen inside, and crepe soles. Nicely made, simple and classic shape. They do look remarkably similar to $2 deck shoes and they're very expensive for what they are, but of course a discerning eye can tell the subtle differences
I've been wearing them to work with various smart-ish L'Maltieri / Ind Sents / Marvielab items and they go well with this aesthetic.
wait, you can't say things on sz? oh my paws and whiskers.. flip flops are an abomination. not even some boho aftershow model special can suggest to the contrary.
So the other day I'm driving down the street, when Margaritaville comes on the radio.
I admit, the idea of the beverage sounded better than the song but the song's all I had, and on it played. And when it got to the "I blew out my flip flop" part, the visual was just too much and (naturally) I had to lol. Your recent decree of the flip flop came to mind and, (naturally), I tried picturing you in a pair, couldn't, then had to kill the thought before it sent me off the road.
Not exactly swank footwear for the concrete jungle, but I gotta say, it's all I wear on the beach. Any beach. Sand and shoes don't mix and you'll burn your feet if you go sans. And, despite wearing mine more than I probably should, even I have to draw the line at
RO clodhoppers with a string bikini.
I don't think a nondescript pair of black Havaianas is such a sin, even beyond the white sands.
Sometimes, it's flip flop or die! Ha!
Though, yes. I know you well enough to know you would rather choose death. (Naturally).
