This is real good but I'd lose the hat. Tips it over the edge IMHO. One ultra-dramatic thing per outfit and you've already got the hakamas (which are awesome)

Imo drkshdw too light for the top; the contrast is there but not necessarily in a good way
i do actually like that particular model of va 4zip -- it also looks fairly short on you so i'm guessing you're near 6 ft

probably would be paired better with less contrast

safari fits well, although something about the all slim doesn't work here very well with the safari?

maybe the bottom half just looks too refined or not rough enough. i know its all dark colors but something to break up the solidity + the roundness of the boots doesn't work great here. combats woulda probably been better even if it is a safer choice.

although my points may be moot cuz it could look great unzipped.

Agree with u abt the bottom half, especially the round-toe boots.
Might try other replacement.
The safafi become loose unzip, so I'd prefer zip it up.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll try the outfit with black jeans and get back with a new picture. Suppose I would have to wear a lighter tee (white,gray?) if I would like to wear those jeans with that jacket.
And your guess is correct I'm 184cm (roughly 6ft. 0.5 inches).
