if my memory/understanding of the lore serves me well, zboss/blacksuit/too many other names to count was a new york residing forum member fresh off the boat from korea. while it isn't precisely clear whether he came to the forum to participate in the discussion or merely hawk his wares, he soon found himself banned (i think over transaction disputes) and responded by re-creating new accounts under new names. typically he would be given away by his poor grasp of the english language & the fact that he was trying to sell the exact same items over and over again. eventually the management enacted a post count requirement to participate in the classifieds, and the way blacksuit attempted to circumvent that was through making a flurry of one-liner comments in multiple threads, some of them in such poor bad english that they endure as signature material.

his favourite thing to do was to comment on other people's posts in the classifieds with stuff like 'WHY YOU SELL???!!' he would also chime in to other threads in a way that was both highly annoying and occasionally quite humorous. apparently some folks met him in person later on.

amazing, thanks for that. i've seen many a member on other forums who's behaviour has been similar to what you described, though i can't remember any being as persistent/influential as this guy seemed to be. i guess there can only be one zboss.

Was it? I have a better one, but seems I made it up myself. I thought he made his first account and managed to keep it to sell stuff. Which eventually got banned, but that he had a second account that commented on his own sale threads saying" This is so nice, why you sell??!! etc. Might have been a better idea, hence why I possibly made it up after a while myself.

HDG, do you have some taller boots? those are great trousers and would probably work quite well over something like a tall guidi boot. probably the only PH thing i'd ever own if i swung that way.

These are my tallest boot. Keep in mind, I'm seated, thus making the pants much shorter as the knee bends. They fit me exactly how I want them to fit me.
