I got shooped into a local street style blog... They didn't let me smile. Kinda threw everything together for comfort, but the picture itself came out well, I thought.

Hi. I like your necklace. - It's actually a rape whistle, but the whistle part fell off.

Carcass, first timr I've seen the BBS jacket really worn to great effect.

Like to see this with a pair of fuck off boots.

...I mean the ephemeral, the fugitive, the contingent, the half of art whose other half is the eternal and the immutable.

is the blazer a menswear piece? the extreme waist suppression (I dig it) and shoulder treatment would suggest otherwise . I'm genuinely curious about this specific jacket and don't want to start another "gender in wardrobe" discussion so a simple answer would be great.

and rider, good to see another sz lady step forward

Thanks, guys. I find it interesting that some gender stuff came up (not that I wasn't asking for it, I guess.) These are all menswear pieces on a man, not that it should matter.

Pump, I usually do wear this stuff with some fuck-off boots, but like I said, I picked clothes to be comfortable in all weekend and just stayed in them. It was perhaps bad luck that I ended up getting my photo taken on my way back from TJ fuckin' Maxxxx. I am still happy with the fit, I suppose.

endorphinz, it's somewhat older Boris, so unless he did women's stuff a couple years ago, it's a men's piece. In the picture the fabric looks so soft, but it's actually really stiff. I've also got pretty broad shoulders for my build, so I don't think I'd fit into a marked size small in women's stuff. Men's piece.

Exactly, but I think with a pair of boots it would be a stronger look. The ones you wear look too much like ballerina flats to me. But obviously you do you thing, it looks good anyway.

I agree. It is difficult finding things to wear with those flats, but they are a refreshing option sometimes. I can also see how it is strange that I managed to make an assortment of men's pieces look markedly feminine. Thanks.

The scarf is Sarti, in case anyone was wondering.

laika, I also really like your fit. It's relaxed, and something I would absolutely try and get my gf to wear.
