No problem at all. I do the same, they're stiff enough to be worn with the zipper fully open.

BBYY, I usually wear the sneaker half zipped or unzipped. They stick on to my feet like a glove even fully unzipped. However, I think it's important for you guys who love wearing them unzipped to watch out for the leather insole though- they tend to dry off from their adhesive and start rolling up easily since there are so many friction beween your feet and the unzipped shoes.. it's better to insert a thin insole to prevent that from happening in the first place.
