Re: What are you wearing today?
[quote user="xcoldricex"]ah must you remind me of that auction - any info on that label? is it cheap? :)

Thanks for the positive comments, guys. The shirt's fit is actually pretty cool. It's pretty long and slim on me (6', 170lb). Construction is okay, but I think the concept is great. It reminds me more of a mature fashion grad student work than anything, but for the price, I think it's worth it.

Here's some more info from the label I just found, a letter written by the designers themselves. Apparently they even had a shop in Covent Garden. Funny I never saw it while in London.

Dear Aaron

Yes you are in the right place ,sadly the old Burro company had to cease
business but we are still designing menswear for other people , we are not
producing a Burro range in the UK at the moment but we have done a small
custom range of Ts and sweats for Japan (catalogue attached) in there we
have done a T collaboration with some young designers called Wastin My Time.

Items in the custom Japan range from £14 bag to £49 hoody ,Ts are £35 and
Sweats £40 and £45 we have not really sold this to retail customers in the
UK which is why there no proper printed catalogue sorry the reproductions
not great as it was just for our records .

Also be a licenced range in Japan very soon (they design the range we
endorse it) it will be online for SS07 at www.burrojapan.com the sight is
not live yet though. We closed the old Burro website but are in the process
of doing a new one where we will post updates on any Burroesque
collaborations . We expect to produce a UK range again soon.

We might be able to do you a custom camo jacket as we had some left over
stock in the studio I'll check for XL.If you are interested let me know and
we''ll work out a price.

Thankyou for your e-mail and your custom we have had quite a few fans get in
touch and it's really heartening to be appretiated for our creativity and
independent spirit.

Best regards

Su and Olaf Parker

And Faust, a pic of that ensemble is definitely required!
