ES3K, try ask your friend to pin the drop crotch pants to the shape of your legs and wear it with the same blazer. I believe that the whole look will be a lot more cohesive.. The stacked of the fabric that rest on the sneaker's collar is very heavy and it will need to be compensate elsewhere. If I were you, I would either: taper down the pants, or add more weight to the look by wearing a looser / oversized jacket... that way the outfit is balanced a little more evenly.

actually it wasn't the cold it was the wind that the hat protected me from. when windy,if not tied back or stuffed under a hat, my hair whips in my face and drives me crazy....and thanks
