Harnden is "stealth wealth" and Faust's "secret handshake" taken to the next level. Maybe even the final level? The final boss. Conquer it and the game's over. This is also why MikeN hates everything now.
    Suede is too Gucci.

All you have to do is read GBS's own publicity/press releases to find out how wealthy you have to be to buy it.

this came up in a discussion elsewhere more than once, about the difference between who gets play on streetstyle blogs and in waywts, and who is actually buying all these clothes and thus whose tastes are actually being represented by the marketplace.
It's actually a very interesting question. I don't know the answer. With women, part of it I think is male's gravitation to the uniform while women tend to go for mishmash. With men it's definitely the whole "new suit" kinda of thing that Thom Browne jump started. Most male Paris attendees, RO show notwithstanding, do dressy, stereotypical dandyish kind of thing. A lot of Dries Van Noten, actually.

                    Clothing: Paul Harnden, etc.

I received no fewer than 3 texts before we went to Alinea that read, "did you make sure to tell them no seafood for me?!?"

you know that's a lie because you went MIA the entire week prior to Alinea and I couldn't get in touch with you until 3 hours before!

This (dope) fit is going to be reposted mistakenly as a shuit fit many times.

                              Sup, Pharrell?

I've wanted to make it to Alinea ever since it opened. How was it? Seems like the closest to an El Bulli we've gotten in the States.
I want you to tell me who you are in your dreams. Who is there? And is it beautiful like music?
