it's always nice to see unexpected combinations working so well. i wouldn't have thought GBS would work with thick vibram soles like that, but it looks natural over wet asphalt, nictan.

Kurta, not sure about several things here - mainly the white tee and the pants associated with this shape of sneakers. The whole seems to lack coherence.

Besides just the white shirt, the jacket seems incongruent with the rest of the outfit in general. I realize that this is the way that 90% of SZ wears Harnden, but to me, it would make more sense for the blazer to be CCP, BBS, or any other expensive black jacket. Also the gaudy silver jewelry doesn't help.

got a few messages so will reply here.

the breaks, yes it does feel good. i mean fabric is geoffrey's ace after all. both the jacket and trousers are silk-cotton blend, but very very different individually. the jacket is very soft, and light (as with most of his outerwear) with the weave creating a slight striped texture.

the trousers are also silk-cotton, but a slightly stiffer fabric, with more structure, and more plain. fabric is almost 'poplin-ish'. both fabrics have very minimal shine (if any at all), so thats what i like about it as most silk blend fabrics have that really shit sheen to it. the one I'm wearing is one of the slimmest of geoffrey's trousers styles.

as for the guidis, some seem to think that i slapped on the combat soles myself. its actually a new FW14 iteration of the classic back zips for guidi.
