I havent met pip in person but I know what pip does and i dont think the guy has the time to worry about internet dramas or even posting waywts(unless he dedicated time of course)

And dont bother sticking up for people that pip has been critical towards..most of the time it has made sense and thats not your business... we dont need online heroes here at sz. .

I get your point about him and I agree that a large part of his posts that I can recall are quite pointless and some unecessarily rude, but I don't think this "will not post anymore" route is the right way to go. the people that will affect are the ones who care for your posts, pictures etc.. its of course your choice, but I would just think it over. for what its worth I wouldn't let some random guy and his remarks annoy me out of a community I enjoy, I don't think you should either.

It will be truly a shame if you leave here because one bad apple is ruining the wonderful experience that SZ can offer.

I can empathise with pnods. Seems you truly care about the direction of the forum and the community that is built by its users and that is commendable. I have been in a similar situation before on another forum where I did not like the direction it was all headed and decided to lay low for a few months. If and when you take your departure I hope it is only a brief hiatus. SZ, as it now stands, is intrinsically tied to a core of backbone users such as you and the other quality contributors.
