Indeed. Not one of your finest moments...

Mega points for keeping it real(ly Raf), though. Dude, you are slimming down quick. That's what... about 2, 3 closets of loose-fitting Raf Simons?

Looks good kunk, even if the suit comes below the coat (see recent sartorialist post, he approves).

A somewhat better shot of my recent ann purchase. This jacket really demonstrates Chant's eloquent analysis of the signature Ann cut. It is slim where it buttons with a very high stance and can be buttoned up to the neck but pulls away from the body as it approaches the bottom forming that diamond shape (or egg shape if you want to be mean about it), further accentuated by bulky 3D pockets. The texture on this jacket is really great.

The biggest problem are the trousers : they seem much too large and worn to high on the waist (in addition the belt seems to constrict your belly as if the trousers weren't your true size + see the pleats at the fly). Hence the second problem, the CCP jacket is too long (or, again, too large), since its bottom goes muuuch too low on your hips.
CCP's clothes needs - as any clothes, but more than other - a perfect fitting and well-considered combinations : you can't mix them with everything.
The shirt (?) you're wearing is dark, so the're no relief in your outfit.

Hope it'll help and that you won't be offended by my comment.

I have trouble understanding whats going on with the pants there, they look to be about 8 sizes too big..?

Agreed with Chant : the pants are too high and too large, and make the jacket look weird in size. The overlock is a beautiful piece but that's not easy to wear unless you make a nice combination of colours and proportions : IMHO I would suggest some low waist pants (not jeans) in a dark grey colour and a nice pair of black shoes/boots not tucked in. Don't hesitate to post a better picture.

Casius, the silhouette is imo to massively rectangular :

You look like a Carl Andre's sculpture.

In addition black and light brown don't work together : brown has to be darker, or trousers should be blue.

Maybe he wanted to look like a sculpture?

Do you really think the light brown doesn't work? Normally I would only use that light of a brown as a small accent with black, but i think it looks good here...that color suits you so well, Cas.

***I really do love dark brown leather with black lately, though.
edit: maybe it's the mass of shirt poking out that's throwing it a bit, since it does look like a solid rectangular block of fabric...

How can you say that light brown and black doesn't work together? I've seen them work together wonderfully in literally hundreds of looks.

Light brown works, ok let's say better, with blue and white.

In Cas' outfit, the upper part is totally light brown, the lower, totally black. Light brown is too far from black, in terms of quality and light, and cuts the body in two too different parts.

Laika : you're right, the problem is the tee.
