Thank you; this sounds right. And just in time, as I was starting to re-consider whether or not to amputate a chunk of ccp sleeve.

how is it possible for off the rack clothing to fit anyone "just right" when there are so many different, individual body types........?

Maybe we should develop some kind of technology to adjust or bodies to the clothes we like, instead of the other way around

CCP, CD, MA+ all make their leathers with long sleeves. It is not possible to alter them. You might think that they are meant to be long in the sleeves and it is part of the look. I expect that the CCP wool coats are supposed to have the same look.

Do the buttons on the sleeve have button holes. That might give some clue as to whether the sleeves can be altered.

Regardless I actually like sleeves long on most clothes. I have long arms and it is a new thing for me to have sleeves that are not short.

                    No, since I'm right.
                    But Maldoror is right too.
He's speaking of the outside part of the sleeve, and I'm speaking of the inside one.
Inside : till the thumb's first joint.
Outside : till the hand's first joint.
Since the CCP sleeves are cut in diagonal (seen from the frontal perspective).

                    Everybody say "Yeah" ?

But there's another question : sleeves are always bunching a tad up, because of the movements of the arm. So are the lookbook pictures the Ultimate Truth ?
Please CCP in Heaven, help your distraught faithfull !
A pilgrimage has to be organized.

this is like establishing a breed standard for dogs: let's allow a 1/4" in either direction and say it's good.

i prefer my sleeves short so it dont make me look shorter :)

anyway things can be altered its your clothes not the designers
