Thanks so much everyone. The skirt is actually...H&M. It's one of my favorites.

Chant - the shirt closes down the center and the skirt has two zippers. I think the picture may be causing the problem that you're picking up on - the tights are actually thin cotton, so they are completely matte, and they are more of a light slate grey in real life.
