mail moth...love the shuz. where are they from and how is the last "modified"

The shoes are from a shop in Paris, Anatomica : they sell "comfort" footwear, along with some reproductions of 1850-1930's workwear and military clothes - as the jacket.

The "modified last" is one of the lasts used by alden. It's originally meant to be orthopedic, but it is in fact quite popular because of its slightly "turning" shape. Incredibly comfortable shoes - but huge. That may just be another reason to like them, however.

For the rest, alden quality. Each model exists in several widths, so you're sure to find the perfect fit - if you're patient, that's to say, for there's little stock for each.
