index magazine (imho, that WAS probably the best fashion/art
magazine... old purple used to be good too, but index had
better interviews), and helga said something which describes
that city perfectly:

probably you just didn't stay here enough ;-)
there is a reason which brings about all of the artists
here have been mostly into super heavy subjects. and this is
quite visible in the city. i mean it's somehow creative, but
not so great for everyday life ;-)
