Forgive me, but just trying to do a little analysis here...

Like Merz mentioned, the proportions on this fit really are spot on, but when trying to analyze it a little more.. i'm not sure why that's the case.

In my opinion, the "dick oven scalloped hem under tee look" looks best on people with long legs, which is the reason why Mike Lowrey pulls off this look off so well. The longer top half evens out the person's long legs. However, the longer top combined with the drop crotch pants combined with a pretty long blazer should make the fit look too top heavy / make the wearer look stumpy... but it doesn't!
