It's not too difficult to do for me... You start with a headstand using your hands to support yourself and get yourself straight up, then just when you're centered on your head you bring your hands to your sides. Hold it for just a second or two and you're golden for the photo hehe. I did a whole photo set with my friend throughout London last May this way.[:D]</P>
