It's nice to see that summer - especially with the heatwave last week - aren't the slow months.
Some of the especially excellent fits of the last few:
tweeds - ohmygod. That's a great fit, and I think the club collar works perfectly here as it points to something about the suit that doesn't follow the book. I like the bottom button undone as well. response to carcass: undoing the top button on that would be silly. The jacket is slender and needs to give at the waist, not chest, for example, when he sits. Right on. Feeling inspired to do a HL thingy...but it's too hot right now.
MikeNouveau,T-Bone,Ochre- that's a lot of man in that pic. Giving off a con-bini vibe, too.
Zenith - very cute silhouette. The boots are going a bit too far in the anime direction, I'm afraid. Nice, though.
Jogu - can't say nothin' else. Was wondering if the manskirts were really going to happen. The answer is, "yes." Don't walk around, Wrigleyville though. You might get killed.
finally CowsR4Eating - cute. Don't study at Micky D's though. The library is better.
Whew.

I always just figured it was best to retain symmetry on any suit by only buttoning one button (usually the middle on a three-button suit.) This button would of course always be done while standing, walking, running track or whatever, and if worn while sitting, be undone (especially if it is slim... shit can get uncomfortable.) This might be a horribly traditional way to do things, but it looked like it didn't vary much from a traditional suit. Still, it looked great... just trying to see what everyone else thought on the subject. What do I know, though?
If you decide to wear your avant garde suit traditionally, then with a two button suit just the top button should be done up, and on a three button suit the top two is the standard.
I don't think there's anything very forward about the suit or that the top two buttons are standard, middle button is always buttoned, and top is sometimes buttoned if it looks good. And it certainly does look good on him. So nevermind, I guess.
Consistently amazing. You aren't in NYC by any chance - could've sworn I saw you yesterday in Nolita.
Humm, I was scouting out gelato at some point over the weekend...but not yesterday. If you think it's me, then it's me. Are you intentionally avoiding me E ; )?
(say hi next time!)
